Location was superb as it was directly opposite the railway station and seeing we were travelling around the region of Emilia Romagna it met our needs perfectly. Our room was comfortable and well appointed . Only tea making facilities were missing although they were available in the foyer. Breakfast was excellent. The same each day. Self-service.

When we arrived, there was Lorenzo at the reception desk - a fantastic employee who made dinner reservations for us at the beautiful Balus restaurant. The restaurant offers excellent food and excellent wine. We are very grateful to Lorenzo for his professionalism, precision and his presence as "here and now". We recommend Lorenzo for the position of head of the reception, and further for the position of hotel manager.

I recently stayed at UNAHOTELS Bologna Centro, and there were several positive aspects worth mentioning. The hotel's location is excellent, situated very close to Bologna Centrale, the central station. This made it extremely convenient to find the hotel immediately after arriving by train, and it provided easy access to explore the city. The staff were courteous and generally helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and checkout process. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a quiet retreat despite being in a busy area. The soundproofing was effective, allowing for a restful night's sleep, and the bed was comfortable with good quality linens. I also appreciated the hotel's stylish and welcoming lobby, which created a pleasant first impression upon arrival.

The location near the train station is excellent. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was good. As previous reviewers note, the hotel needs updating but the rooms were reasonably comfortable, quiet and well equipped.

excellent location especially for folks like us when coming in by train as virtually opposite the station. Fabulous room which exceeded our expectations particularly as we were unexpectedly upgraded for our arrival night. We then went to stay with family for a few days but on our return to the hotel, ready for the flight home, our room was excellent too. Many thanks to the very good staff at UNA HOTELS .

Close to the Station and City Centre. WIFI was excellent as were all facilities. Staff were very helpful and directed us to where we needed to go. In all, a very enjoyable visit.

The hotel had some character - definitely quirky. Our room was large and had plenty of space. Staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was comprehensive. The room was kept very clean throughout our stay. Soundproofing was good - we were facing the main road and the station but the worst of the noise was filtered out. Overall it was a decent, comfortable place to stay for a week.
